A Bit About Me
I fell into teaching Latin by coincidence. I took Latin at West Texas A&M with medieval historian Dr. Bruce Brasington. After graduating college during midst of the Great Recession, I was given a golden opportunity to teach Latin at a local private school. My plan was to teach for a semester or so, then make my way to grad school and eventually a PhD. More than a decade later, I could not imagine doing another job. I am part of a millennia-long tradition of teaching a language that shaped the Mediterranean world. I live in Atlanta, Georgia with the love of my life, Melonie, and our tiny dog Agrippa.
