IN THIS STAGE, WE WILL:

Identify and describe common elements found in Latin elegiac poetry.
Practice scansion in a variety of Latin meters.
Identify and translate sentences with stand-alone subjunctives.
Define and identify advanced uses of the dative case in Latin.
Summarize the relationship between Lesbia and Catullus.
Develop reading and vocabulary skills.
